Organic Cocktail Infusion – Lemon, Fennel & Juniper 

Create a beautifully balanced, aromatic cocktail infusion for any occasion with this handcrafted blend of organic Portuguese botanicals. Designed for effortless home mixology, this infusion delivers fresh citrus notes, subtle herbal warmth and classic juniper depth.

Simply add 500 ml of your preferred spirit—gin, vodka or rum—and allow the botanicals to infuse for 6 hours. Once infused, strain to remove the fruit and plants, leaving a smooth, flavour-rich alcohol ready to serve.

Enjoy over ice for a clean, refreshing drink, or use as a base for creative cocktails using our online recipes. Once prepared, the infused alcohol can be stored for 3–4 weeks in a clean, airtight container in the refrigerator.
