Organic Mojito Cocktail Infusion – Pineapple, Apple & Mint

Craft a fresh, tropical Mojito-style cocktail at home with this organic cocktail infusion, made from carefully selected Portuguese fruit and herbs. Bright pineapple from the Azores, crisp apple and cooling mint come together for a naturally refreshing, well-balanced flavour.
To prepare, add 500 ml of your preferred spirit—rum, gin or vodka—and allow the ingredients to infuse for 6 hours. Once infused, strain out the fruit and botanicals to reveal a smooth, aromatic base ready to serve.
Enjoy simply over ice or follow our classic Mojito recipe for an elevated cocktail experience. Once prepared, the infused alcohol can be stored for 3–4 weeks in a clean, airtight container in the refrigerator.
